FAQ

Good questions

Voice recognition uses your browser’s Web Speech API, available in Google Chrome, Microsoft Edge and Safari. Firefox does not support it — you can still type, use AI tools and read-aloud there. On phones, the microphone also needs a secure (HTTPS) connection.

In Chrome and Edge the browser sends audio to its vendor’s online speech service to convert it to text. It does not pass through our server, and we do not store audio. We show this notice before you first use the microphone.

Accuracy depends on your microphone, background noise, accent and the browser’s service. It is good but never perfect, so the transcript is always fully editable and you can use the AI assistant to correct it.

Hinglish is Hindi written in Roman letters (e.g. “kaise ho”). It is recognised using the English-India engine. You can later convert it to Devanagari Hindi or to English with the AI assistant.

No. The AI shows a side-by-side preview. Your original text stays untouched until you click Replace or Insert, and you can Undo afterwards.

Yes. Only the owner can open a document. Sharing is optional: you create a link with an expiry date, choose view-only or download, and can revoke it at any time.

Yes — PDF, DOCX and TXT, plus a print preview with A4/Letter size, margins and orientation. Hindi text is supported in all exports.

The Free plan covers basic voice typing. Pro and Business raise your limits and unlock advanced AI tools and teams. Limits are configured by the administrator.
